Danielle Kelsey

Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Danielle Kelsey began dancing at the age of 2. She trained at Carol's Academy of Dance, under the direction of Carol Still, and competed nationally with their competition team. To enrich her training, Danielle spent the summers traveling to New York City and Los Angeles to study from some of the most prestigious teachers like Joe Tremaine, Mia Michaels, Mark Goodman, Sallie Whalen, Wade Robson, and Rhapsody James.

Danielle began her career in 2000 when she joined the Radio City Rockettes at the young age of 18. This fall she will return to Radio City Music Hall and begin her 7th year with the Rockettes. Currently, Danielle can be seen at film festivals around the country in the award-winning short Zombie Prom: The Movie, starring RuPaul. Her work was seen internationally when she traveled throughout Asia performing onboard the Silver Shadow cruise ship. Dancing at the Hollywood Bowl in The Roaring Twenties with Joel Grey, Ute Lemper, and the Los Angeles Philharmonic is one of Danielle's proudest moments. She can also been seen on NBC's American Dreams, the 2003 MTV Movie Awards, and a Diet Pepsi commercial alongside Martin Short. Danielle has an extensive regional theater resume in which Will Roger's Follies, Fiddler On The Roof, and Evita stand out as some of her favorites.

After living in sunny Los Angeles for five years, Danielle is ready to bear the elements as she moves back to New York City. Danielle has taught master classes at studios throughout the U.S. and looks forward to coming to your studio soon!
